What are your terms and conditions? Do you accept returns?
The following TERMS and CONDITIONS need to be understood prior to placing an order through us:
Please contact us if you have a problem with the item / items purchased.
Returns :If you are dissatisfied with the item /items you have received, will will happily organise a refund. For a refund to occur, ALL of the following conditions need to be met:(1) the item is returned to us in original condition (unused );(2) the item must be undamaged;(3) the item must be in a saleable condition upon return ;(4) you must notify us (via email: sales@thewoodworkingguy.com.au) , within 2 business days of you receiving the item / items, to let us know that you are unhappy, and want to return the item / items . Be aware that I have the ability to track an item, to see when it arrives.
I will not accept the return, if :
(1) you simply changed your mind;(2) Colour variations : - the item / items purchased is a slightly different colour from the item shown in the purchase pictures, when you purchased the item. Please be aware that timber is a natural product and that different colour variation and grains will occur from piece to piece. Please be assured that if you buy an item made out of a certain timber, I will send that timber. Or if you purchase an item /items of a certain painted colour, I will send you that shade of colour. Please note, that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you will see will depend on your monitor / graphics card, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.. Also be aware that due to different environmental lighting throughout the course of a day, the camera may take pictures showing a more darker,or lighter shade of colour ;(3) Size variation : these item / items are hand made, and slight size difference may occur.(4) you don’t notify me within 2 business days of you receiving the item/items (I will know when an item / items arrive, due to tracking information).
If the above terms are met, i will refund you the cost of the item only. I will not refund any postage charges incurred from delivering or returning the item /items. You will be responsible for paying postage charges. You will also need to pay for the postage to return the items to us.
